We are looking for a Team Manager with 10+ years of experience in Real estate related development projects/Consultancy/Government advisory services

Base Location – Delhi

Responsibility

• Oversee and guide the timely delivery and successful completion of client projects
• Conduct research on market trends, regulatory frameworks, and project developments to formulate strategies aligned with objectives and industry standards.
• Direct data analysis efforts, formulate strategies, and review financial models to assess project feasibility and optimize budgeting.
• Supervise on-ground project execution, including site visits, resolving critical issues, and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Establish high-level coordination with government departments to secure project approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Graduate in any stream with MBA/M.Plan/ equivalent or higher degree from a recognized university.
2. 10+ years of experience in Real estate related development projects or consultancy services.
3. Experience in Project Management Consultancy/ Transaction Advisory/ Project Management Unit/ Business Planning & Strategies/ Commercial Feasibility Assessment/ Financial Feasibility Assessment in Logistics/ Ports and Liaising with various Government Departments (preferred).
4. Ability to structure, prioritize and work through strict timelines
5. Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
6. Proficiency in English (Mandatory).
