We are looking for a Legal Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience, practicing Law as a Consultant/Legal Expert in the corporate sector.

Base Location – Bengaluru, Karnataka

Responsibility

• Deliver legal consultations and opinions on relevant legal issues, adhering to ethical obligations and professional guidelines.
• Perform detailed legal due diligence on all company documents, safeguarding assets and ensuring compliance with relevant corporate legislation.
• Implement a robust system for monitoring and updating company legal policies, proactively addressing evolving regulatory landscapes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and stakeholders (including Clients), providing expert legal guidance on critical business decisions.

Desired Candidate

• L.L.B/L.L.M (preferred) from recognized Institutes such as the National Law University.
• 1 to 3 years of experience, Practicing Law as a Consultant/Legal Expert in the corporate sector.
• Ability to structure, prioritize and work through strict timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English (Compulsory).
