The maritime desk of Black Brix® is one of the leading strategy consulting practices in the country. We are looking for a Research Associate (reporting to the Team Lead) with 3+ years of experience.

Base Location – Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Responsibility

• Contribution to the delivery of client projects under the Project Director / Team Lead
• Conduct comprehensive secondary research and literature review on various economic policies across India and abroad.
• Translate complex research into accessible, engaging, and persuasive content for diverse audiences, including infographics using data visualization tools.
• Assist in the development of presentations and reports
• Interact with stakeholders and authorities and attend all important meetings related to the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Economics, Public Policy, Finance, Planning, Business Administration or any related field
2. 3+ years of experience in research projects. Prior Experience in the Maritime Sector is an add-on.
3. Ability to structure, prioritize, and work through strict timelines
4. Well-versed in Report writing and analysis
5. Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
6. Proficiency in English (Compulsory). Fluency in Telugu is a plus.
7. Willing to travel across the country based on project requirements.
