We are looking for a Consultant (reporting to the Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant) with 5 – 10 years of work experience in government advisory bodies.

Base Location – Mumbai, Maharashtra

Responsibility
● Demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder coordination with government departments, investors, and agencies.
● Manage investment promotion initiatives and investor facilitation activities.
● Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
● Prepare clear, concise, and policy-relevant reports, briefs, and collaterals. Provide coordination and documentation
support for meetings.
● Prepare reports, briefs, feasibility notes, pitch decks, and collaterals with clear, concise, and policy-relevant content.
● Represent the state maritime board in key meetings of Government departments and other stakeholders.
● Evaluate infrastructure projects, including gap analysis, strategy formulation, clearances, and design review.

Desired Candidate Profile
● A master’s degree in planning from a Government-Recognised institution or equivalent qualification is acceptable.
● 0-2 years of professional work experience
● Preference for the candidates with exposure to:
● Maritime sector projects (ports, waterways, jetties, harbours, marinas, terminals).
● Government advisory/consulting assignments.
● Basic knowledge of PPP transaction processes, feasibility studies, and bid management.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Ability to structure, prioritize, and work through strict timelines.
● Proficiency in English (Compulsory).
