We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with 5+ years of experience in Procurement/Bid Preparation/Evaluation (reporting to Senior Consultant/Partners)

Base Location – Agartala, Tripura

Responsibility

• Contribute in delivery of client projects under the guidance of Senior Consultant/Partner(s)
• Prepare procurement plan based on client’s requirements
• Assist in bid invitation, addendum/corrigendum, bid evaluation, and selection of implementing agencies.
• Preparation and evaluation of tender documents
• Conduct Market and Regulatory Research

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/BBA/B. A(Economics)/B.Sc. (Economics)/B.Tech/BFSc from a government recognized institution
• 5+ years of experience in sectors related to Procurement/Bid Preparation/Evaluation
• Should have exposure in working in Government Projects as a procurement specialist
• Exposure to Aquaculture Farm/Pond construction/Fish Seed Farm Hatchery/Water Conservation Infrastructure/ Hydrological Retention System is an added advantage
• Ability to structure, prioritize and work through strict timelines
• Well-versed in Report writing and analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English (Compulsory)
• Willing to travel across the country based on project requirement
