We are looking for a Team Lead (Project Director) with 15+ years of experience (with minimum of 8 years of experience in Real Estate development / valuation / Transaction advisory domain).

Base Location – Delhi

Responsibility

• Oversee and guide timely delivery and successful completion of client projects
• Oversee research on project trends, market trends and regulatory frameworks to develop strategies that align with project objectives and industry standards.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for project expansion and strategic collaborations to enhance project outcomes and overall success.
• Direct data analysis efforts, formulate strategies, and review financial models to assess project feasibility and optimize budgeting.
• Supervise on-ground project execution, including site visits, resolving critical issues, and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Establish high-level coordination with government departments to secure project approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. B.E. / B. Tech./ B.Plan with MBA or MCA/ CFA/ M.E./ M.Tech/ M.Plan or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
2. 15 years of experience in delivering large-scale end-to-end projects, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Real Estate development / valuation / Transaction advisory domain.
3. Experience in Project Management Consultancy/ Transaction Advisory/ Project Management Unit/ Business Planning & Strategies/ Financial Feasibility Assessment in Logistics/ Ports and Liaising with various Government Departments (preferred).
4. Ability to structure, prioritize and work through strict timelines
5. Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
6. Proficiency in English.
