We are looking for an Estate Expert with minimum 2 years of experience in financial and real-estate modelling.

Base Location – Delhi

Responsibility

• Prepare, review, and assist in the drafting and finalization of various legal and administrative documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Provide comprehensive support in managing administrative tasks, financial operations, and other associated workloads.
• Facilitate smooth organizational processes by ensuring proper coordination and timely execution of tasks.
• Offer assistance in the effective management, protection, and oversight of client-owned land and properties.
• Assist in managing licenses, lease renewals, and associated agreements. Coordinate and monitor the renewal processes to ensure timely.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups on overdue renewals of leases and licenses, and oversee the issuance of demand notices. Proactively address non-renewal issues to mitigate risks.
• Support efforts to recover outstanding dues from lessees by maintaining accurate records, coordinating with stakeholders, and taking necessary actions to resolve payment-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. B. Tech (Civil) / B. Plan / MBA /CA / ICWA / M. Plan / M. Arch or equivalent from recognized Institutes (NIT’s/IITs / IIMs / Government Professional Colleges/ recognized international university)
2. Prior work experience as a finance expert in at least three assignments involving financial and real-estate modelling.
3. Attend the client office to provide expert guidance and oversight on estate management matters.
4. Ability to structure, prioritize and work through strict timelines
5. Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint / Tally / other accounting software
6. Proficiency in English (Compulsory)
