We are looking for a Consultant (reporting to a Senior consultant/Partner) with 5+ years of experience in project management/ management consultancy/ government advisory in the infrastructure sector among which 2+ years in the ports and maritime sector.

Base Location – Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Responsibility

• Assist in the execution of client projects, collaborating with Partners to ensure timely and quality deliverables
• Oversee and lead the team in Chennai, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on market trends, regulations, and industry dynamics to advice on strategic decisions.
• Drive business growth through market expansion initiatives and the cultivation of strategic alliances.
• Identify and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation and enhance business profitability.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to support informed decision-making and optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, support forecasting, and guid strategic planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDM / M. Plan from institutes of National Importance
• 5+ years of experience with proven track record Successful execution of projects within governmentadvisory in the infrastructure sector, including more than 2 years of specialized experience in the ports and maritime sector.
• Experience in preparation of Detailed Project Reports/ Feasibility Studies/Land Use Plans/Techno-Economic Feasibility Studies/ Project Management/ Design and Engineering Service/ Architectural Service/Construction Supervision Services.
• Ability to structure, prioritize, and work through strict timelines
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English (Compulsory) & Tamil (Preferred)
